Investools (now operating as the Company's Investor Education segment) began operations on December 6, 2001, as a result of a merger between ZiaSun Technologies, Inc. ("ZiaSun"), which owned Online Investors Advantage, Inc., and Telescan, Inc. ("Telescan"), which owned Entrepreneurs Online. thinkorswim Group, Inc.
