Ed Clark is the president and the chief executive officer of TD Bank Financial Group (TDBFG) and has served in the position since December 2002. From July 2000 until his current appointment, Clark served as president and chief operating officer of TDBFG.
Prior to joining TDBFG, Clark was president and chief executive officer of Canada Trust Financial Services. He is a director of The Toronto-Dominion Bank and TD Bank N.A. (wholly-owned subsidiary of TDBFG).
Clark received a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and a master's degree and doctorate in economics from Harvard University.
